Welcome to our spacious Juli-Huus, perfect for groups of up to 10 people. With approximately 160 m² of living space spread over the ground and upper floors, there is ample room and comfort for an unforgettable stay on the Baltic Sea.
Built in 1994, Juli-Huus is located on a private road in Bastorf, just 2 kilometers from the picturesque Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. Its proximity to the Bug lighthouse lends the area a special charm. The location is ideal for exploring the coast while enjoying the peace and privacy of your own garden.
A total of four bedrooms with double beds invite you to relax and unwind after an eventful day. One bedroom is particularly spacious and also features a sofa bed for two additional guests. Each floor has a shower room with a window providing natural light. An additional small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and window is en suite to one of the bedrooms on the ground floor.
The spacious living room seamlessly integrates a beautiful dining area. The cozy living area invites you to relax and socialize, and the large smart TV gives you personal access to your favorite programs. The kitchen features a cooking island and a breakfast bar. Early birds can enjoy their first coffee here and browse the newspaper in peace.
The house's fenced garden offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing outdoors. The large south-facing terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun, read a book, enjoy evenings around the large table, and gaze at the incredible starry sky on clear nights.
