Welcome to Zeeduin 29, a stylishly renovated holiday home in a fantastic location: right on the edge of the Zeepeduinen and Westerschouwen nature reserves. From here, you're just steps away from nature – up into the dunes, into the forest, and towards the sea. The beautiful, expansive beaches of Zeeland are only about 2 km away.
The house has recently been renovated and newly furnished – modern, fresh, and tastefully decorated. The living area features a spacious corner sofa and a SMART TV (including Netflix – simply use your own account). On cooler days, the fireplace provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere – ideal after a long walk on the beach or in the woods.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, combination microwave/oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area offers a lovely view of the garden.
Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms, each with two high-quality single box-spring beds (90x200 cm) and ample storage space for your luggage.
The modern upstairs bathroom features a rain shower, sink, and toilet. A second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet on the ground floor provides added convenience – especially practical if you're traveling with a group.
The large, sunny garden with a pond is a small green oasis. Start your day relaxing in the hammock with a cup of coffee or enjoy the evening sun on one of the loungers. A comfortable seating area awaits you on the terrace, perfect for long evenings with good food and a glass of wine – a barbecue is, of course, provided.
The house is heated by central heating. A washing machine and dryer are available. And you can park conveniently right on the property.
