Quietly situated in the desirable island village of Wrixum, near Wyk, our holiday home "Lütten Bratappel" is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. This charming semi-detached Frisian house, along with three others of the same type, sits on a very spacious plot with expansive views of fields and meadows. Upon entering the house, you are greeted by bright, airy rooms. High-quality materials and first-class custom-made carpentry create an environment that embodies modern luxury while offering an exclusive, feel-good atmosphere in every season.

On the ground floor, in addition to the open-plan kitchen and living/dining room, there is a newly renovated shower room. The upper floor has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. All the furniture was handcrafted by a local carpenter. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub on the upper floor.

The harmonious color scheme of the house ensures that the island feeling is maintained even in bad weather. Character and coziness define the style of the house, where you can relax wonderfully in front of the wood-burning stove even on cooler days. The sun terrace offers sunshine all day long and unobstructed panoramic views of fields and meadows. Nearby cycle paths lead you in the most idyllic way to the popular neighboring village of Nieblum, or to the center of Wyk.

Passing the airfield and golf course, the most magnificent view unfolds – a truly breathtaking panorama! The unobstructed view extends across the Wadden Sea and the open sea to the adjacent Hallig islands off Föhr.
