Description
Holiday apartment Geltinger Bucht
The Georg Asmussen House is the old schoolhouse in Pommerby (1798) and the birthplace of the poet, engineer, and social reformer Georg Asmussen (1856–1933). It was used as a school until 1966. From the 1970s onward, it was used as a holiday home.
We acquired this house in 2015 and modernized it while preserving the charm of this historic thatched-roof house. Thanks to the thatched roof, you can still breathe the fresh, invigorating Baltic Sea air inside. Our guests will feel at home here and take pleasant memories home with them.
The Geltinger Bucht holiday apartment (50 sq m) is located on the upper floor of this beautiful thatched-roof house.
