Villa Carla is an Istrian stone house on two floors located in the old town of Vrsar. It offers magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding islands.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a "tavern," a room with a fireplace and a small kitchen, table, and chairs, where you can enjoy dinner together. There is also a separate toilet on the same floor. On the first floor, there is a large, open-plan living area with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area of the house has fantastic views of the sea and the Vrsar islands. The living room is air-conditioned and can accommodate two people on the pull-out sofa bed. Outside, there is a small garden overlooking the sea and the islands. Here you can watch the beautiful sunsets or simply relax and sunbathe. Parking is available nearby – you will receive a free parking permit for one car.
