Large cottage with a view to the sea located a short walk from the kilometer-long white sandy beach in the cozy Sønderho. The house is well furnished with a total of 3 living rooms. One of the living rooms is on the 1st floor, from where you have a view of the sea and access to a small balcony. The second living room is connected to 2 of the rooms and here you will find an extra refrigerator with freezer. The third living room is in connection with the kitchen and here you will find the wood stove. The kitchen is well equipped with everything in appliances. There are two good bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool and sauna. There is a total of approximately. 150 m & # 178; terraces around the house, so you have the opportunity to find a hiding place and enjoy the sun. In the garden there is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
