Lovely simple cottage, well located on 1000 m 2 large dune plot. Only 300 m to the sea at Lild Strand in Lild the most attractive holiday home area. Here is the opportunity for lots of walks in the beautiful nature that characterizes the area. The cottage has a living room with wood burning stove, Danish and German TV and DVD player. Kitchen from 2019 i.a. equipped with refrigerator, ceramic hob and convection oven as well as dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet and underfloor heating. There are a total of three bedrooms.
