"Seedüne 13". Our stunning penthouse apartment is located in the Seedüne building in the Großenbrode beach park, just steps from the Baltic Sea and the gently sloping sandy beach.
Information on additional costs and fees:
A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
One parking space is available free of charge.
Our apartment features two bedrooms and a travel cot for four adults and one baby. An additional person can comfortably sleep on the provided guest bed. The spa-like bathroom with shower, sauna, and whirlpool is just one of the highlights of our apartment. To add a touch of the Caribbean to your vacation, you can mix your own cocktails at the in-house bar. From the two roof terraces, you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea, and you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the sound of the waves even at breakfast. After an eventful day of vacation activities, there's nothing better than relaxing in the last warm rays of sunshine with a good book or a games night with the family.
Free Wi-Fi, two TVs, a Blu-ray player with movies, games, books, and a PlayStation 4 with the latest games provide entertainment.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. An elevator is available in the building. The roof terraces face north and west.
From May to September, a complimentary beach chair is provided with the apartment.
After a pleasant bike tour on the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, you can safely store your bicycles (your own or rented) in our storage room in the bicycle building.
