Villa Paradiso Piccolo is a semi-detached villa in Rovinjsko Selo (Istria, Croatia), just 8 km from the historic town of Rovinj and about 35 km from Pula.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the en-suite bedrooms is located in a separate unit near the pool, offering extra privacy for those who prefer a quiet retreat away from the main house.

One of the double bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside.
The villa is equipped with three air conditioning units: one in the bedroom by the pool, one in the living room on the ground floor, and one on the first floor.
Villa Paradiso Piccolo is ideally located for exploring the Istrian coast. Several beaches are easily accessible, including Balota Beach (8.2 km), Cuvi Beach (9.1 km), Mulini Beach (9.2 km), and Cisterna Beach (11.3 km). Nearby towns such as Rovinj, Poreč, and Fažana are just a short drive away. The E751 motorway and Pula Airport, approximately 33 km away, provide excellent connections.
