HARBOR CINEMA WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS

In the open-plan living and dining area, indoors and outdoors merge seamlessly: floor-to-ceiling windows bring the harbor almost right into the living room. Sailboats glide by, seagulls circle overhead, and in the evening, the sky puts on a spectacular display of colors. On the balcony, every sundowner becomes a special moment – front-row harbor cinema.

LIVING & WELL-BEING

The apartment welcomes you with clean lines and modern amenities. The open-plan kitchen invites culinary creativity, while the cozy living area with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV is perfect for arriving and relaxing. Here, you can enjoy both social gatherings and quiet moments – just as a vacation should feel.

DREAMY SLEEP WITH SUNRISE

The bedroom is a haven for restful sleep. The double bed promises tranquility, while early risers are rewarded with a view of the sunrise through the window. An additional sleeping space on the sofa bed makes the apartment comfortable for up to three guests.

A FRESH START TO THE DAY

The spacious shower room is impressive. The walk-in shower provides ample room to move around, and the window offers natural light and a panoramic view – a rare detail that makes every morning special.
