Thanks to its prime and elevated location in the holiday park, the holiday home offers panoramic views of the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg mountain and the surrounding countryside.
The holiday home features two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds pushed together (160 x 200 cm). The calm and natural color scheme creates a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere for restful nights. The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) that provides space for two additional guests – ideal for children or friends. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee.
The open-plan living area is the heart of the house. A comfortable sofa, rustic wooden elements, and a wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer picturesque views of the surrounding countryside. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen-living room offers everything you need for cooking together: a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area is ideal for shared meals and convivial conversation.
Another highlight of the house is the private dry sauna, located directly adjacent to the bathroom. After an active day—whether hiking, mountain biking, or skiing—you can enjoy the soothing warmth and unwind. Winter sports enthusiasts will also find convenient ski boot warmers.
The vacation home is ideally located for nature lovers and active vacationers. Hiking trails begin right outside the door and lead through the diverse landscape of the Harz Mountains. In winter, cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs are available, while in summer numerous activities such as mountain biking, a summer toboggan run, and natural lakes beckon.

There is no general ban on fireworks on New Year's Eve, although it is relatively quiet in this regard.
