A wellness area with a sauna and breathtaking views adjoins the upstairs bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a comfortable atmosphere, even during the cooler months. The house also features fiber optic internet.
Outside, a spacious garden awaits you with a beach chair, wooden loungers, and a barbecue. The west-facing terrace and balcony both offer stunning views of the sea and the setting sun.
