2-room, non-smoking, comfortable 4-star holiday apartment in a modern, natural style for 2-4 people with one bedroom (plus a fold-down bed in the living room), good amenities, and Wi-Fi on 62 sq m.

Free use of the indoor swimming pool (28°C), sauna use (€5.00 per person).

The apartment offers limited accessibility, but is not fully accessible according to DIN standards. Unfortunately, booking portals do not have an "accessible" filter, which is why we list the property as accessible, as it is still easily usable for many people with mobility impairments. The apartment is suitable for people with mobility impairments who can walk short distances independently and primarily use a walker. It is not suitable for wheelchairs. The doors to the bathroom and kitchen are only 70 cm wide. The 90x90cm shower has a 10cm step. The balcony door has the standard threshold.

We value respectful guests and expect consideration for other guests in the house. Parties and excessive socializing are not permitted in the house or on the balconies and will not be tolerated. We do not rent to stag/hen parties or groups of young adults under 30.
