The apartment is located on the first floor of Haus Baltic, just a short walk (approx. 100 meters) from the popular Wilhelmstrasse.

The combined living and sleeping area offers everything you need for a restful stay: a comfortable box-spring double bed (160 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a 32-inch TV for relaxing evenings. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, four-burner cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a small dining area.

The sunny south-facing balcony invites you to relax. In addition, there is a hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower/toilet, and a separate storage room. An elevator is available in the building.
