Our small, end-of-terrace house, approximately 64 m², boasts a particularly convenient location near the playground/parking area. It can accommodate up to four people. The house has tiled floors throughout.

Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with integrated freezer, stove with ceramic hob and extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Moccamaster coffee machine, espresso maker, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and all standard kitchen utensils.

Living/Dining Room

A comfortably furnished living room with a 75" flat-screen TV and DAB radio/CD player. From the living room, you have direct access to your terrace. You are welcome to use your own grill. The adjacent dining area offers space for shared meals and cozy evenings.

Bedroom 1

with a double bed and a wardrobe. This room also provides access to the terrace.
