The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.), a large dining room with direct access to the furnished terrace, a spacious bathroom (sink with mirrored cabinet, hairdryer, shower, and toilet), two separate bedrooms with double box-spring beds (180x200 cm) and flat-screen TVs, one of which also has a visually separated area for a third person (sofa bed 120x190 cm), a large living room with a comfortable corner sofa, armchairs, and a 66-inch flat-screen TV with direct access to the balcony, a separate toilet, and a hallway with a wardrobe.
