Surrounded by imposing 2700 metre-high mountains and clear mountain lakes, the region offers a unique natural experience. The Watzmann towers majestically over everything and the national park is recognised by UNESCO as an Alpine nature reserve. The holiday flat on the ground floor of a semi-detached house is furnished to a high standard, has an open fireplace and a private terrace. A communal garden is also available to guests.
The Berchtesgadener Land region, surrounded by famous mountains such as the Watzmann, Jenner, Hohes Brett, Göll and Kehlstein, offers rest and relaxation in a breathtaking landscape in this cosy holiday flat. The region is characterised by open hospitality, warm family friendliness and a wide range of leisure activities. Cultural highlights, traditional idylls and numerous activities for the whole family make your stay unforgettable. Popular excursion destinations in the area include the Königssee with boat trip, the Jennerbahn, the Eagle's Nest, the Berchtesgaden Salt Mine, the Haus der Berge, the Watzmann Therme, the Royal Castle, the Enzian distillery, the Obersalzberg railway and much more.

Wat een fantastische retraite! De locatie is gewoon adembenemend, omgeven door de majestueuze Watzmann en het serene Königssee, Onze gezin van vier voelde zich meteen thuis in het gezellige appartement, vooral genoten van de avonden bij de open haard, Een perfecte plek voor zowel ontspanning als avontuur!
The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and very well-equipped, We spent a lot of time hiking and exploring the national park, The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer!

Es war eine großartige Basis, um das Berchtesgadener Land zu erkunden, Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte einen charmanten rustikalen Stil, Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu einigen schönen Cafés und dem atemberaubenden See – besser hätten wir nicht liegen können!
Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich gastfreundlich, was unser Erlebnis noch besser machte, Wir liebten die Nähe zum Eagle's Nest und die schönen Wanderungen in der Umgebung, Die Wohnung selbst war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigten
