The garden is wheelchair accessible, as are the ground-floor bedroom and bathroom. The doorways have been widened, making this type of house suitable for people with disabilities. On the ground floor, there is a living room overlooking the garden, an open-plan kitchen with Siemens appliances, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there is a second and third bedroom, a second bathroom, and another separate toilet. There is also a built-in storage room on the first floor. The accessible house has been adapted with additional aids such as grab bars in the toilet and shower, as well as a shower chair in the ground-floor facilities. Two parking spaces are available at the house.
