The apartment was newly renovated in 2023 according to ecological criteria. The cork flooring in the living and sleeping areas is particularly popular with allergy sufferers due to its excellent heat-retaining and insulating properties. This healthy living environment is further enhanced by underfloor heating and triple-glazed, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the room with light.
The 180x200cm (70cm high) box spring bed features separately adjustable electric height on both sides. The oversized duvet (155 x 220cm) and pillow are allergy-friendly and fully washable.
A television, Wi-Fi, and charging facilities for electric cars complete the picture of comfort. A fitness room, mobility aids, or bicycles can be booked separately on-site.
