The holiday home was extensively renovated in 2024 and completely refurnished. The garden was also entirely redesigned.

The south-facing terrace, the balcony on the first floor, and the roof terrace on the second floor offer sunshine and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. In the evenings, you can admire stunning sunsets from the two terraces or the balcony while enjoying a glass of wine. Feel free to use the small garden for relaxing and barbecuing. At the on-site Mediterranean restaurant, Chivi, you can enjoy a cocktail at the bar and delicious meals for lunch and dinner.

Our Mediterranean holiday home underwent extensive renovations in March 2024, including a new kitchen and high-quality furnishings. It has been individually and lovingly decorated. The ground floor features a modern and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, oven with microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and tea towels. A comfortable living room with satellite TV and a guest WC with washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also located on the ground floor. The living room door leads to the covered and open terrace with an adjoining small private garden. From the garden, you can access the holiday complex's spacious communal pool (including a children's pool).
On the first floor, there are two comfortably furnished double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). The first bedroom opens onto a furnished balcony with a lovely view. Both bedrooms have a television.
In addition, the holiday home on the second floor offers a private, furnished roof terrace with a partial sea view and a lovely view of the hinterland and surrounding area.
Wi-Fi throughout, heating/air conditioning, and parking are available free of charge. The maximum occupancy is four people and one baby (a cot, highchair, and stair gate are provided).
