Upon entering, you'll find a hallway with a wardrobe. To the right is the bathroom with a walk-in shower and a concealed washer-dryer; the comfortable living area with access to the terrace is centrally located. Surrounded by stylish Sylt-style carpentry, it offers comfortable upholstered furniture and a seating area for relaxing evenings by candlelight, as well as a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, modern Siemens appliances, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a dishwasher, an oven, and a wine refrigerator.
