Looking for relaxation and North Sea charm?

This holiday home offers peace, relaxation and plenty of space, along with the activities expected from a North Sea holiday in Burhave.

Built in 2018, this well-equipped semi-detached house accommodates up to 6 guests. Since purchasing it in 2022, we have added a covered terrace and a storage shed with a wallbox and sockets for charging e-bikes. The sea, popular North Sea Lagoon, indoor play barn and restaurants are all just a few hundred metres away.

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking property.

Ground Floor: Entrance with coat rack and shoe storage. Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, first-aid kit, cooler bag, high chair and more. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machines and dining facilities. Living area with dining table for six, sofa, 55-inch TV, books, Nintendo Switch, web radio and board games.

First Floor: Two double bedrooms, each with a 180 x 200 cm bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 32-inch TV and en-suite daylight bathroom with walk-in shower, designer washbasin, mirror and hairdryer. One toilet is accessible directly from the first bedroom; the second is accessed from the hallway. A third bedroom has a bunk bed for two, wardrobe and toys.

A stair gate and travel cot for toddlers are available.
Initial supplies, utilities and Wi-Fi are included.
EV charging via the wallbox costs €7.50 per vehicle per night, billed separately. Bed linen and towels are available for €25 per person. Tourist tax is charged separately.
During peak holiday periods, weekly bookings are preferred. Summer arrivals are on Saturdays or by arrangement. Exceptions may apply to booking gaps.
