Nestled in the natural landscape of central Istria near Motovun, Villa Luigi & Luisa offers an elegant retreat in an authentic setting. Two traditional stone houses can accommodate up to 12 guests. Rustic materials like stone and wood blend seamlessly with modern comforts to create a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. Villa Luisa (the smaller house) comprises four floors: the ground floor features a kitchen and guest toilet, the first floor a living room with a fireplace, and above it two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. Villa Luigi (the larger house) offers three bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor; the ground floor includes a living area with a wine cellar, and the top floor features another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The outdoor area, complete with a pool, hill views, a terrace, and a barbecue, invites you to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
