The town center and train station are approximately 600 meters away, and shopping facilities are about 400 meters away. Leisure activities such as the Ettelsberg cable car, spa park, summer toboggan run, climbing center, and ski lifts are nearby.
**Amenities:** 3-room apartment for 2–4 people with Wi-Fi, living room with TV, Blu-ray player, sound system, and dining area, open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm), one with a TV and dressing room. Modern shower room with double vanity, towel warmer, and hairdryer, as well as a separate guest toilet.
