Het Zeeuws Knopje is located in the tranquil village of Westenschouwen, just 500 meters from the beach, dunes, and Zeeland's largest forest. This authentic Zeeland house combines traditional charm with modern comforts, offering a true taste of Zeeland.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which leads directly to the covered veranda with a lounge area – perfect for long summer evenings.

In the large, sunny garden, you can relax in peace and privacy. The property includes a garden table and chairs, a picnic table, a barbecue, and a large trampoline. Behind the house is a private wooded area – a fantastic place to play or build a treehouse.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a four-burner gas hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a combination microwave oven. The ground floor also features a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate study with a height-adjustable desk and a comfortable office chair.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms. One spacious bedroom has a double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All bedrooms have their own sink – especially convenient for larger groups.
The entire house is equipped with central heating and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. You can securely store your bicycles in the garden shed. Parking (for up to three cars) is available on the property.

Several restaurants and beach pavilions are located nearby. The supermarket (open seasonally) on the street, just 50 meters away, offers fresh bread rolls and coffee, as well as (electric) bicycle rentals – ideal for excursions. The climbing park is within walking distance, and a beautiful mountain bike trail can be found in the same forest. Burgh-Haamstede and Renesse are easily accessible by bicycle, as are the Brouwersdam and Zierikzee, which are also within easy reach.
