A very exciting, well-appointed house on 2 floors and with all kinds of equipment. Practically furnished with utility room, a large nice bathroom with both sauna and spa and a well-equipped and nice kitchen with delicious large American refrigerator and both morning and evening sun. The cottage has a combined dining and living room with large glass sections towards the cozy terraces and the exciting cozy nooks, where you can always find a shelter. On the 1st floor, in addition to the 2 beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor, there are 2 more lovely sleeping rooms, a nice bathroom and a cozy extra living room with a view. Energy friendly with both wood burning stove and heat pump / air conditioning. There are good play conditions with swing, sandpit and piles on the plot, from which there is a nice view. It is allowed maximum to have a dog in the cottage. A very nice cottage with one of the best locations in the beautiful area by Skovly on Fanø. Free final cleaning!

The location of the house is very good! Although it is right on the street, you hardly notice the passing traffic. The kitchen has an excellent work surface size.
