Welcome to a large, cozy cottage in Gjengstøa, a great fishing and hunting area. A paradise for nature lovers and anyone who enjoys sea life or hunting. Only a short distance to a private harbor/beach with boat rental and good fishing opportunities. The holiday home has plenty of room for 8 people + a children's bunk. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds) on the main floor, and 1 bedroom in the basement with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed and a junior/cot. The bedroom in the basement has a slightly low ceiling (170 cm) and a separate entrance from the outside for extra privacy. The cottage is in beautiful nature and near hiking trails, the sea, good fishing lakes and rich wildlife. Elk, deer, roe deer and birds are regular guests in the area. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen (new autumn 2025), a large living room with plenty of seating and a dining table and a cozy winter garden with a wood stove, perfect after an active day outside. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels included. Outside, there is plenty of space for parking and a large terrace with lots of sun. Boat for rent: 19th foot Kvernø aluminum boat with 50 HP. Boating/marina not far from the cabin and there are good fishing opportunities in the area. Great hiking opportunities nearby to Stamnesfjellet, Heimsfjellet, Ålførkammen and Heimsvatnet, or you can take an excursion to the islands Røstøya and Magerøya. Stamnes in Heim municipality is a perfect starting point for fishing, hunting, outdoor activities and family holidays. In the surrounding area you will find beautiful swimming spots, family-friendly mountain hikes, guest harbors, restaurants and exciting cultural history.
