Description
Holiday home located in a small holiday home area by Juelsminde. The cottage is furnished with an open kitchen in connection with the living room, from which there is a view of the water. From here there is access to the bedrooms and access to the large wooden terrace. From the entrance hall there is access to the bathroom and to the second toilet, which also houses the washer and dryer. From the house there is access to the common area and the common beach, which is only accessible to the few cottages located in the area. Not for rent to artisan groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
