Well-appointed cottage with whirlpool and sauna located with beautiful panoramic views and direct access to the Limfjord at Lynderup. The cottage is modern and tastefully furnished and appears very spacious and bright due to the large windows. In the living room there are i.a. TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen with everything in white goods such as dishwasher, fridge / freezer etc. is in open connection with the living room. In addition, there are four good bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, one with whirlpool and sauna as well as washer and dryer. Large open and covered terrace with good opportunities for sunbathing, reading or playing and spending time with the children and enjoying the beautiful sunset. There are 1000 m to Golf Course (Hjarbæk Fjord Golf) and 1500 m to Nørreris Put and Take. There are MTB tracks of about 60 km under 1 km from the cottage. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Great for families and pets! The house is spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, We enjoyed being close to Hjarbaek Fjord Golfcenter for some leisure time, Would definitely come back!
