German and Danish via satellite dish. There is a bathroom with a spa bath, sauna and shower. Guest toilet. Two good rooms with double beds, a room with two single beds and a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. Lovely large terrace with plenty of space to sunbathe and grill in the lovely warm summer evenings. The house is located next to DanCenter house no. 8021, so it is perfect for several families / friends who want to live next to each other. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
