This historic holiday home is tastefully decorated in keeping with its history.

It features a living room (with a double sofa bed); a small, fully equipped kitchen; a nostalgic bathroom with an antique bathtub, sauna, and Turkish bath; and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a spacious, romantic bedroom with a double bed.
There is a terrace overlooking the sheltered courtyard.

This small, stylish holiday home, "Lutje Hoeske," is located in Tinallinge, a beautiful, very old hilltop village in the wonderful Groningen countryside.

It is an ideal setting for those who want to enjoy nature, peace, quiet, and relaxation in an authentic atmosphere.

Regarding COVID-19 measures, the following applies:

Lutje Hoeske has been closed for rentals since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak because we wanted to keep our village COVID-free (and so far, we have succeeded!).

Rentals will cautiously resume on May 21st.

- that guests are asked in advance not to come if one or more of them have symptoms related to the coronavirus (such as coughing, fever, etc.).

- There is always a free day between different rental periods.
- The house is not only cleaned but also disinfected.

- The sauna and steam room are located in the house itself, so they are exclusively for your use.

- There is no contact with the landlord. You will receive a code to open the door.

In this way, we not only meet the coronavirus requirements set by websites like Airbnb, but also our own standards.
