A beautiful house, just a 5-minute drive from the famous Cala Yondal beach. The house is situated in a very quiet area, nestled among pine forests. On the ground floor, there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The two further bedrooms are separate from the main house; one is on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor. These two bedrooms share a small bathroom with a shower. There is also a lovely swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbecue area. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided.
The property boasts an excellent location in close proximity to Cala Yondal beach, known for the Blue Marlin and Tropicana beach clubs. The beautiful beaches of Salinas, Es Cavallet, and Playa d'en Bossa are also within easy reach. Ibiza Town is just a 10-minute drive away. A supermarket is 1 km away, and the village of Sant Jordi, with supermarkets like Mercadona and Hypercentro as well as various restaurants, is a 5-minute drive. An eco-tax is payable upon arrival starting in 2020. For stays of less than 7 nights, a surcharge of €100 applies, also payable upon arrival.
