Description
Timber-framed house Melz
Around 1785, the local landowner built farm laborers' houses along the village road in Melz. Some of these half-timbered houses still stand. We have lovingly and respectfully renovated number 19, transforming it into a spacious holiday home with nearly 180 square meters of living space. Natural and environmentally friendly materials were used in the reconstruction. The large eat-in kitchen offers plenty of room for shared activities. Six generously sized bedrooms provide retreats for quiet, relaxing moments. Children are very welcome. The house is easily accessible and suitable for multi-generational living. You're sure to find something to read in the library. The kitchen island invites you to cook together. Two bathrooms and an additional toilet provide all modern comforts.
