It features high-quality furnishings, a three-seater sofa, an armchair, two flat-screen TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), a bedroom with a box-spring bed (mattresses firmness levels 2 and 3), a shower room with WC, electric exterior blinds, interior pleated blinds, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher.
Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, and towels are included in the price, as is the lockable bicycle storage shed right next door.
A wood-burning stove is available for cold days and winter. Our holiday apartment is non-smoking. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. Outdoor seating is also provided.
The property is fenced and planted with numerous fruit trees, and the house faces south.
