Holiday apartment in Büsum with swimming pool

Our very quiet holiday apartment is located in Büsum on the ground floor of the "Deichgraf" holiday home, directly behind the dike of the newly designed "Perlebucht" family lagoon. Except for a small step (approx. 10 cm) at the front door, it is completely barrier-free and offers a covered south-facing terrace with garden access.

The modern holiday apartment is approximately 54 m² and offers two rooms and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed.

The modern bathroom with a window includes a toilet, sink, and shower.
The spacious living room features a modern kitchen, including an oven/microwave and a dining table for four people.

The living room also has a fold-out double sofa bed with a continuous mattress measuring 1.4 x 1.90 m. A recliner and a rocking chair provide additional relaxation. A 55-inch TV, DAB radio with CD player, and free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Please note: A visitor's tax is payable by tourists staying overnight in the North Sea resort of Büsum. The non-transferable Büsum guest card serves as proof of your stay and will be issued by your host upon arrival. The tourist tax is calculated as follows (arrival and departure days are each counted as one day):

Tourist tax per person aged 16 and over

Off-season (January 8 - March 31 / November 1 - December 24 of the current year): €4.00/day/person (reduced rate: €2.80)
High season (April 1 - October 31 / December 25 - January 7 of the current year): €2.80/day/person (reduced rate: €2.00)

Exemptions:

Children aged 0-16, severely disabled persons and, if applicable, accompanying persons, and those with a disability rating of 80 or higher and the "BL" or "H" designation in their disability ID card.
