Wonderful villa with good standard and unashamed location with sea views on Lilla Askerön, in the fjord between Tjörn, Orust and Stenungsund. Perfect for two families or larger groups that value proximity to both savory baths and many nearby attractions. Everyone will like it here! Start the day with a morning swim, then sit on the well-sized patio and enjoy a good breakfast and the beautiful sea views. Better start to the day is hard to get. The villa is located with a high location on a larger plot with both lawn for play and games as well as hilly natural plot with mountains in the day. Here you live beautifully and peacefully with nice hiking areas around the corner. Large terrace that runs around the house bordering the forest with both berries and mushrooms as well as good chances to see small game. Several seating areas where you can choose to sit in the shade or follow the path of the sun in the sky. The house houses a large living room and open-plan kitchen and access to the patio. Three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, one with a sofa bed for two and one with single bed. Fully tiled bathroom with washing machine. In the freestanding larger guest house there are another 4 beds in the form of a sofa bed and bunk bed. Perfect for the small family or young people who want to be for themselves. It features both a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and WC. It is possible to charge your electric car, socket for electric car: Type 2 - 62196. Bring your own cargingcable. The electricity consumption for the car is paid on the spot to the owner. Only 650 m to the bay with a cliff or jetty. Several nice bathing areas within walking distance. If you are interested in fishing, the waters around the Asker Islands are known for trout fishing. Great location, not far from the bathing area and plenty of space on the property, everything you need is there, but it's a bit tight for 9 people,
