The house is located on a 2,800 m2 plot and is due to its interior design very suitable for 2 or more families with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool and sauna, kitchen (from 2010) with dishwasher, large living room with wood-burning stove, stereo, TV with satellite, video, DVD player and direct access to enclosed terrace. The house is heated by electricity but is very economical with a heat pump as an auxiliary heat source.

Top location, close to the beach and short walk to the merchant. Cozy equipment, practical room division
The facilities were amazingly good, all appliances worked, there were enough plates and cutlery, even large knives for bread, meat and vegetables, the wood stove was great, the bedrooms were all a good size and very well equipped,
