In our comfortable penthouse apartment, you'll live high above the rooftops of Großenbrode. The rooftop terrace with its sea view invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh sea air and warm sunshine while having breakfast in the morning.
Information on additional costs and fees:
A security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
One parking space is available free of charge.
Subject to availability, a bicycle shed can be booked for an additional fee of €5 per night. As space is limited, we recommend booking in advance.
In our kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals with the whole family and then enjoy them together in a relaxed atmosphere.
In the evening, our cozy living area in the attic, accessible via a spiral staircase, guarantees you well-deserved peace and relaxation. Finally, get around to reading a book and unwinding with a glass of wine. For family entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a selection of board games and a Wi-Fi-enabled television (YouTube, Netflix).
The apartment is located on the top floor. The balcony faces east.
