Enjoy relaxing hours with unobstructed views of nature and feel right at home in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
Our group house has 2 triple rooms, 6 double rooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 living/dining rooms, and 1 group room for approximately 20 people. 18 people can be accommodated in the 8 bedrooms. The two living rooms offer enough space for an additional 4 people to sleep on comfortable sofas with slatted frames. There are balconies around the house, and some of the seating areas are covered.
The mountains, nearby lakes, and excellent infrastructure provide an ideal base for active leisure activities in both summer and winter. Bad Kohlgrub is a particularly good starting point for all kinds of excursions to nearby attractions.
Cycling, walking (Nordic walking), and hiking trails are right outside the door. The Hörnle cable car valley station is just a 5-minute walk away. Easy and intermediate cross-country ski trails, gentle and steep downhill ski slopes, and a toboggan run are all within easy reach. Spas with wellness areas/saunas and excellent restaurants are also just a short walk away.
And if you simply want to go swimming, there are many lakes nearby, such as Lake Staffelsee in Murnau or the "Royal Crystal Spa" in Schwangau.
Cozy bed linens and fluffy towels are provided.
Upon request, we will gladly deliver freshly baked bread rolls to your holiday home.
Private parking is available directly at the house.
