Cozy 3-room vacation apartment in the "Carstens" house, approximately 60 m² on two levels (first and second floors) for up to 4 people. Located in a quiet area at the end of a traffic-calmed street in the Bad district of Sankt Peter-Ording. The property borders a small wooded area.

Living room with two sofas (one 3-seater and one 2-seater), armchair, cable TV, radio with CD player, dining table with 4 chairs, and a wood-burning stove. Direct access to the furnished, sheltered southwest-facing balcony with a lovely view of the adjacent woods.

Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. A door leads to the second bedroom.
First bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200cm) and a wardrobe.

Second bedroom with two single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, two armchairs, and a radio. Access to this bedroom is via a very steep staircase with a child safety gate.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, hairdryer, and natural light. Separate WC with sink.
Hallway with coat rack, mirror, and utility cupboard containing ironing set and vacuum cleaner in the entrance area.

Parking space next to the house. Bicycle rack at the house. A storage room with a shared washing machine and dryer (for a fee) is available. Free high chair. Telephone and free Wi-Fi (fiber optic).
