The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, blender, and ample dishes. Two separate bedrooms have large wardrobes, and an extra bed is available.
Two sofas, a well-stocked bookcase, a storage room, and a hallway complete the absolutely quiet apartment, separating it from the main hallway. The shower room is fully tiled in marble. From the 12-square-meter south-facing balcony, accessible from both the living room and bedroom, you can enjoy the impressive view of the coastal nature reserve directly adjacent to the house.
In the basement, you'll find a sauna (fee applies) and table tennis (free). Free entry to the AHOI adventure pool in Sellin is also included!
