For your next holiday in the Ardennes, this very beautiful villa for 9 people in the countryside of Houffalize will fulfill all your expectations. Apart from its very quiet location, this 5-bedroom villa has an infrared sauna and a beautiful garden to enjoy.
The town of Houffalize is less than 10 km away. Its surrounding area is well known to walking or cycling enthusiasts, signposted routes cover 100 km and the panoramic views are splendid. You can also get to La Roche en Ardennes easily to explore one of the region's unmissable tourist towns, and while out and about you can stop in Achouffe to taste the local beer.
The interior is very neat and you'll especially enjoy the bright veranda and its small lounge, as well as the playroom, parking, and a garage for one to two cars in the basement. Boules court, table tennis table, billiards, and table football are all provided for recreational purposes. A high chair and a children's bed can be used for the little ones.

Great house, but could do with some improvements here and there....like pillows on the dining chairs and on the couches ...maybe some more cutlery for a larger group. The heating works well, and the beds are good. The surroundings are absolutely lovely for walking and visiting the small surrounding villages. We had a super stay.
Vanuit het huis, dat modern was ingericht, konden we direct allerlei wandelroutes lopen. Super leuk! Ook leu was de pingpongtafel en het tafelvoetbal spel. Wat weinig kopjes aanwezig, maar een heel fijn huis met goede bedden
Deze villa overtrof onze verwachtingen, Het was zeer schoon en goed onderhouden, met voldoende ruimte voor onze groep van negen, De woonruimte was helder en uitnodigend, en we genoten van onze avonden biljarten, De nabijgelegen wandelpaden zijn een must voor natuurliefhebbers

Toller Ort für Familien! Wir schätzten den Hochstuhl und das Kinderbett, Der Garten war sicher für die Kinder zum Spielen, und die Erwachsenen genossen die Sauna, Etwas weit von der Hauptstraße entfernt, aber das trug nur zur Ruhe bei, Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser Villa! Es war gemütlich und gut eingerichtet, Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Spielzimmer, während wir den Erwachsenenbereich schätzten, Die Sauna war eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit, nach unseren täglichen Abenteuern zu entspannen, Würde auf jeden Fall für Familien empfehlen!
