Confortable holiday cottage - totally renovated in 2007. Quiet location approx. 200 metres from one of the best and child-friendly sandy beaches of Bornholm. The cottage has two bathrooms (from 2007) with underfloor heating. Open kitchen area, 2 big terraces with garden furniture. In Balka you will find tennis, windsurfing and mini golf. Walking distance to the fishing hamlet of Snogebæk with small restaurants, shops and a smokehouse. Nexø, the biggest fishing harbour of Bornholm, is approx. 3 kilometres away.

I have been to the house several times with my wife. This house is very cozy and well furnished.

the location is unobtrusive, close to the beach, nice with 2 terraces, spacious house with all the equipment you need, / nice with bedroom en suite, a barbecue is missing, we had ordered our newspaper to be delivered to the cottage , but the mailbox key was missing,
that there were 2 bathrooms in the house,
