The location was absolutely superb and the communication was exceptional! The apartment accommodated 5 people comfortably and was extremely clean!
Fantastic spot in a superb location!
The dwelling and its location were outstanding, However, there was a clear indication that this property is majorly for vacation rentals, managed by a service named CheckMyGuest, There was poor communication between CheckMyGuest and AirBnB, They sometimes contacted me via Whats@pp, and other times through AirBnB, causing confusion on the most effective communication channel, I also incurred a $50 fee for early check-in (through CheckMyGuest), which was not communicated to anyone, Although we could check in early, I had to reconfirm the early check-in several times, On the first day, an individual even came over and asked us to leave because it was before 4pm, We resolved the issue, but it was quite disruptive and irritating, In addition, one of the duvets had a menstrual blood stain when we checked in, They replaced it promptly, but I wanted to highlight this for those who might feel uneasy about such matters,
The apartment's location is incredible, with three separate metro stations within a 10-minute walk, It was apparent that the apartment had been renovated, as despite the noise from the street, it was quiet inside with the windows shut, The apartment was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, Our only issue was that air conditioning was only provided in the living-dining area and not in the bedrooms, We kept the bedroom doors open at night, but the air conditioning was insufficient to cool the rooms, It wasn't feasible to open the windows due to the noise from nearby bars, In addition, the bathrooms had a constant unpleasant odor, Aside from these issues, our stay was perfect,
The stay was very comfortable in the Paris city center, The location was superb, with the city center easily accessible on foot, The apartment was easy to locate and enter, with clear instructions provided for entry and exit, The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally comfortable and well organized, and the provision of plenty of coffee and Nespresso pods was a delightful touch, The host, Alex, is very responsive and communicates everything needed for an enjoyable stay in a detailed manner,
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, Extremely clean, ideally located (Metro and paid parking 3 minutes walk), It corresponded well to the description, We will definitely return!!!
