The Acacia villas with private pool are located in a holiday residence in Les Sables d'Olonne. This unique resort, set in 13 hectares of parkland, offers everything you need for a calm and relaxing stay, surrounded by lush vegetation. On site, a children's playground, a tennis court (fee payable), mini-golf and bike and chopper (electric scooter) hire. The residence is just 800m from the coast and 2km from the nearest beach (Plage de Tanchet). A cycle path leads from the residence to the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, where you can sip a drink on the terrace or enjoy a seafood platter overlooking the sea. Outside the villa, a terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs and two deckchairs per villa. In the midst of a natural, green setting, you'll feel completely at home! The villas consist of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, senseo, kettle, ceramic hob), 3 bedrooms and one or two bathrooms per villa with bath and/or shower.The private swimming pool is accessible and heated from 17 April to 30 September 2027. Pool heating is included in the rental price during this period. However, it remains subject to weather conditions and no specific water temperature can be guaranteed. Outside this period, the swimming pool is not accessible. The option must be booked at least 4 days before arrival. The setting is calm and natural.
