AH-21-BOURBONNAIS

I had the worst experience with the host and the platform. The apartment was not as advertised on the pictures online. I got to the apartment and the beds they claimed were for 4 people were kids bed. My friend who is a tiny person sat on the bed and the whole bed broke. There was only one piece of wood holding the bed. The whole thing came apart. No towels, chairs were coming apart. I called and complained about the apartment and told them I would not be staying and reported what happened and they were not helpful at all. They initially agreed to refund my money then they started giving me issues and saying I didn’t wait for the inspector they sent to inspect the incident after I told them I was leaving. They then refused to provide a refund and treated the incident like we were at fault. So unprofessional. I will never use this Josh or vrbo again.
