A place to arrive and feel good The semi-detached house offers not only generous space for up to six people on 146 m2, but also equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. The open living and dining area is the centerpiece of the house: a cozy wood-burning stove for romantic evenings, a Nintendo Wii U and LEGO for the little ones. An incredible 75-inch TV in the living room provides entertainment for movie nights together. A fully electric massage chair ensures that you are only relaxed. - and again and again this fantastic view of the harbour basin. The modern fitted kitchen is a highlight for amateur cooks. Whether it's fresh fish from the harbour or a relaxed breakfast with a view of the water – cooking becomes an experience here. Afterwards, the large terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to convivial barbecues on the Weber electric grill or relaxing reading lessons. On the ground floor there is also a practical guest toilet with its own washing machine, so that even longer stays are comfortable and uncomplicated. Retreats with a feel-good guarantee On the first floor you will find two bright bedrooms. The large bathroom with bathtub and shower provides relaxing wellness moments here. On the second floor, the master bedroom with a box–spring bed is waiting for you - a place of rest with its own TV, an adjacent office area for concentrated working hours and a modern shower room with a floor-level shower. The special highlight of this floor: a large Finnish sauna, which will give you soothing relaxation after a day at the beach or a long walk along the Schlei. Here you can enjoy an incomparable 360° panoramic view over the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz with two comfortable sun loungers: the vastness of the Baltic Sea, the idyllic Schlei and the lively hustle and bustle in the harbor. In the morning the sun greets you over the sea, in the evening it bathes the sky in warm colors – a place for unforgettable moments. Comfort down to the last detail To ensure that your holiday remains carefree, the villa has two parking spaces directly at the house and an exclusive, quiet location - and yet you are only a few steps away from the harbour promenade with Edeka, beach club and restaurant. Pets are not allowed, which makes the accommodation particularly attractive for allergy sufferers. Schleivilla Ahoi by Seeblick Ferien ORO- enjoy the Baltic Sea with all your senses: the sunrise over the marina of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz in the morning, walks on the promenade during the day, a sauna session with a panoramic view in the afternoon and crackling fireplace heat in the evening. Here your holiday will become a memory that will remain for a long time. Please note that electricity and water costs are not included in the tour price. These are billed separately according to consumption. So you can control your individual consumption and have it billed fairly. For your comfort, we offer you the possibility to book bed linen and towels in the form of laundry packages directly at the agency Seeblick Ferien ORO. The costs amount to about 24, - € per person.
