Description
This charming single-storey house (100m²) is set in a peaceful residential area, just 500m from the center of Vaison La Romaine, offering easy access to nearby shops. Surrounded by an 800m² fenced garden, it’s the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation. The private swimming pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of €50 per week, adding extra comfort to your stay.
The house is well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The living room features a single sofa bed, TV, and a cozy seating area, while the kitchen comes with a cooker, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and all necessary dishes and cutlery. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds, and the second with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). A third bedroom offers a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with an en-suite bathroom including a shower, washbasin, and toilet. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The spacious garden is fully fenced and includes a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ for outdoor enjoyment. The property also provides a carport and private parking. The swimming pool (9 x 4 meters) is equipped with a water alarm for safety, making this a wonderful choice for a relaxing and secure getaway.

Ik hield van mijn verblijf in Villa Alana! Het zwembad was een hit, vooral omdat we het voor een kleine vergoeding verwarmd hadden, Het gebied is rustig, maar dichtbij genoeg bij het centrum zodat we naar de winkels konden lopen, Perfect voor een gezinsuitje!
Ruim met een schattige tuin, Perfect voor zomerse hangouts, De eigenaren zijn ook echt aardig, Het zwembad is een must als je hard wilt chillen!
Wat een heerlijke plek! Het huis is gezellig en de tuin is prachtig onderhouden, We hebben genoten van onze avonden bij het zwembad, wat een geweldige manier was om te ontspannen na het verkennen van de stad
Het huis was gezellig en had alles wat we nodig hadden, Ik bedoel, wie houdt er niet van een fijn zwembad? De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en gastvrij, Ik zou hier zeker weer terugkomen!
Villa Alana offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, Les équipements sont basiques mais suffisants, et tout était propre à notre arrivée, C’est dans un quartier paisible mais proche des magasins et des restaurants, Je reviendrais !
