Sunny duplex apartment, 700m from the sea, quietly located in the center of Koksijde, near shops, restaurants and cinema. The flat is very well equipped with digital TV, wifi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. The location of the house is ideal for cycling and nature walks. There is also a playground nearby. A real gem in our offer, which we recommend wholeheartedly. Pets and smoking are not allowed.CompositionOn the 3rd floor is the hall, 1 toilet, separate well-equipped kitchen with table and access to the balcony at the rear (sun in the morning), the living room with sofa/sofa bed and dining table + seats at the front (sun in the afternoon). In front of the front balcony is a bistro table and two chairs. In the living room is the staircase that takes you to the first floor. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with bath and double sink, a toilet separated from the bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. The washer and dryer are located in the bathroom.

Pleasant recent and clean apartment with all comforts (comfortable beds, good blackout, handy sofa bed in the living room, well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, smart TV with WI game console, ...) and with two small terraces. Parking space nearby (may be temporarily more limited during major events). Beds must be made upon arrival with sheets provided, the garbage bag that was given by the real estate office when collecting the key was not sufficient for our family, but otherwise a very nice experience and highly recommended!
Wat een pareltje! De studio had een gastvrije sfeer en was van alle gemakken voorzien. We vonden de ligging vlak bij het skigebied erg prettig en hebben heerlijke dagen op de piste gehad. Zou het andere reizigers aanraden!
Nous avons adoré notre temps ici ! L'appartement était spacieux et avait une belle vue depuis le balcon, Être si proche de la plage le rendait encore plus agréable,
L'agencement en duplex était idéal pour notre famille, Les enfants ont adoré leur chambre, et nous avons apprécié l'intimité à l'étage, De plus, avoir un lave-linge était un véritable sauveur après une journée à la plage !
