This spacious 105 m² chalet is spread over 3 levels and accommodates up to 12 people. It features 4 bedrooms—2 with double beds and 2 with bunk beds. The chalet includes 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and WC. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals together, with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. A toaster, kettle, and coffee machine are also provided. Upon arrival, a small starter kit with dishwashing tablets, dish soap, sponge, trash bags, cleaning cloth, and tea towels awaits you.

Located at the foot of Gartnerkofel, at 1,500 m above sea level, this chalet offers direct ski-in, ski-out access to the Nassfeld Ski Resort. The Nassfeld plus card is included in the summer. Additional amenities include a lockable ski depot (without ski boot heater), free parking, and the resort is car-free with access only for loading and unloading.
